Therafest is a transformative mental health initiative hosted by All Saints’ Cathedral, Nairobi, aimed at reducing the stigma around therapy.

This unique event offers a free, 30 minutes sample counseling session, providing individuals an opportunity to experience therapy in a supportive and confidential environment.
Much like sampling a product before committing to it.

Therafest allows participants to explore the benefits of counseling firsthand.
